No purchase necessary - you may fill out an online ballot at http://www.lickshomeburgers.com

Prizes

Contests are ongoing and frequent. Ballots filled in on-line will be entered into the current or upcoming contests.

General Rules

All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No Cash Value.

All "winning" ballots have to be inspected and confirmed to be completely legible.

Prize claimants must be a resident of Canada.

Employees of, members of the immediate families of Lick's Concepts. Inc, Lick's Corporate locations and Lick's Franchises (herein known as"Lick's Companies") are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings or children.

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of Lick's Companies which are final. Lick's Companies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage due ballots. Winner releases Lick's Companies, its directors, employees and agents including without limitation its prize sponsors and advertising agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize and acknowledges that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
