Path
Quality & Maintenance Manager (QM)
This
position introduces you to the "First Principles" of Quick Service Restaurant
Management through its focus on Customer Service, Food Quality and Cleanliness.
Assuming responsibility for opening the restaurant means developing the supervisory,
time-management and problem-solving skills required of any 'seasoned' professional.
Administration Manager (ADMIN)
As an Administration Manager, you
are responsible for organizing, monitoring and controlling all capital resources
in a Lick's Restaurant. Efficiently operating within established financial parameters
and effectively maintaining operational systems is fundamental to the restaurant's
financial success and are requisite skills for advancement within the company.
Store
Mentor (MENTOR)
As a Store Mentor, you are fully responsible and accountable
for the successful operation of a Lick's Restaurant. Embracing our Mission Statement
"Excellence and Growth Through Caring" means that you CARE for your
Team Members by inspiring them to higher levels of personal and professional growth
AND you CARE for your customers by providing excellence in service, food quality
and hospitality!
Successful, ambitious and entrepreneurial Mentors have
opportunities to parlay their extensive skill set into positions within other
operational divisions, such as store openings, field operations, training and
development!
